About Hyogo

Hyōgo (兵庫県) restaurant is named after the Hyōgo Prefecture of Japan located in the Kansai region on Honshu island. The capital city is Kobe (神戸市), where one breed of Wagyu (和牛) cows are raised. Wagyu cattle are genetically predisposed to intense marbling and to producing a high percentage of oleaginous unsaturated fat. The meat from wagyu cows are known for their quality. Some breeding and feeding techniques include massaging or adding beer or sake to their diet. All website design and logo are copyrighted by Jesse Barrios III.
